Life Coaching: What do you want?

• Maybe you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve
  - gain more confidence, lose weight, declutter your life, find your perfect partner, make time for yourself, change your career, get fit...
  
• Maybe you don't even have the time to think about what it is that you want - you're too busy trying to get through your daily to-do list before you collapse, exhausted, at the end of the day, having achieved little of lasting significance.
  
• Maybe you have harboured a dream for a long time now - writing a novel, learning a language, going trekking in the Himalayas, applying for that dream job - but you never quite seem to get the time to think about it much, let alone do it.

So what can you do about it?

Hiring me as your life coach gives you the opportunity to have, as one of my clients put it, "some quality time with yourself." During our time together you can examine your life as it is now and your life as you want it to be in the future, and work on a way to bridge the gap.

Exciting things can happen when you focus, set yourself a goal and then work to achieve it. Energy seems to appear from nowhere, and making even the smallest change often leads to a domino effect so that, before you know it, powerful, positive shifts have happened in your life! As your life coach, I can help you stay focused, keep you motivated and generally cheer you on from the sidelines.

I do not give you the answers to your problems and I do not make changes for you. After all, I don't know you or your circumstances as well as you do! I will, however, ask you direct and challenging questions that will help you to find the right answers for you and solutions that will fit into your life.

You will need to put in some hard work to make changes in your life, but this work will help you to achieve your wildest dreams.
