Connect : worthing is is a project to get people of all ages, backgrounds and interests together to benefit themselves as individuals whilst making links together which benefit the Worthing community.

This is achieved via fun, interactive coaching workshops, giving those who attend the opportunity to identify areas of their lives they would like to improve and the tools, plans and motivation to do it. These workshops enable participants to create links together to help each other achieve their aims, whatever they may be, both in the workshops themselves and in an online forum, as well as social events.

All proceeds from the workshops go to Worthing-based charities.
