life coaching for changes at work

“My advice to anyone who is thinking about having coaching with you is to pick up the phone and call you right now - they have so much to gain for such a small investment. ” Robert Odhams, Marketing Director www.cvtrumpet.co.uk

It's been a rough ride for the economy lately, and many are feeling the knock-on effects at work. Maybe you've been made redundant, or maybe others around you have, leaving you unsettled. Maybe you're a manager who has to make some tough decisions, or the owner of a business whose cashflow has reduced to a trickle.

Investing in coaching during a tight time may seem like a luxury you can't afford, but taking the time to talk things over in a safe coaching space can help to make your situation clearer, sort out the fear from the facts and make level-headed decisions about your future or that of your company, whilst others around you are reacting to the general panic. This will give you a strong advantage both personally and professionally, which will pay real dividends when navigating your path through uncertain times.

On the flip side, maybe you've recently changed your career, started a business or been promoted. Perhaps you're excited about your new role but also a little overwhelmed, or wondering whether you'll live up to expectations.

It can be pretty daunting to 'learn the ropes' at the same time as getting to know your new colleagues and make a great impression on those you work with. Life coaching can give you the opportunity to focus on all the great skills you have that you can bring to your new role, what you would like to achieve and give you lots of support during your transition period so that you can hit the ground running, wow those around you and still maintain a healthy work life balance!

Making decisions
Work-Life balance
Feeling good about yourself
Getting into shape
Improving family relationships

Life overhaul
Life as a teacher

How coaching takes place

The majority of my coaching takes place over the phone. This a very practical solution, and provided you can find somewhere quiet and free of distractions, it is also very focussing and powerful.

We can also meet up for an initial session where this is practical, and I also run workshops and other face-to-face courses and programmes on request.
